Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Winsen marketing website at winsen.ai. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Winsen Bridge product, when launched, is governed by a separate product agreement.

Winsen Labs is a brand of Fanpit Technologies Private Limited (“Winsen,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: hello@winsen.ai.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any related infrastructure without our written permission.
• Use automated means to scrape, mirror, or extract content from the site without our written permission.
• Submit waitlist information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission.

Joining the waitlist is not a contract for services. We may add you to the list, send confirmation, and email you with updates about Winsen. We may invite waitlist members to early access at our sole discretion.

Our “Three months of Walle on us” promotion is offered exclusively to people who join the Winsen waitlist at winsen.ai and are subsequently granted early access by us. The promotion is not available through any other channel and cannot be claimed retroactively.

The promotion entitles eligible users to use Winsen Bridge and Walle without charge for a continuous ninety (90) day period that begins on the date we activate your account, after which standard paid plans apply unless we communicate otherwise. The promotion is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be limited to one (1) workspace per signup at our discretion.

The tier of Walle made available during the promotion (and at any other time) is determined by Winsen Labs at our sole discretion. We may assign, change, or downgrade the model tier that powers Walle for your workspace based on capacity, cost, provider availability, abuse signals, or product changes, without prior notice. Tier assignments do not entitle you to a refund or credit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, to refuse or revoke the promotion for accounts we believe are fraudulent, duplicative, abusive, or in violation of these terms, and to set fair-use limits on automated workloads that materially exceed normal individual or team usage. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

All content on the site, including text, design, mockups, logos, and code, is owned by Winsen Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except where permitted by law (such as fair use).

The Winsen and Walle names and marks are property of Winsen Labs. Other names mentioned (Notion, Slack, Linear, HubSpot, Gmail, Drive, Salesforce, GitHub, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners and are mentioned only for descriptive purposes.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winsen Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

The site may link to third-party websites (including winsenlabs.com and platos.dev). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
