Best on desktop

The Winsen workspace.

One place for mail, calendar, tasks, projects, drive, CRM, and the brain that ties them together. Built for desktop. Drop your email and we will send a link so you can open it on your laptop.

We'll email a one-click sign-in link from hello@getwinsen.ai. Open it on your laptop and you're straight into the live demo, no code to type.

The Company Brain

Winsen builds a self-evolving model of your company that enables AI action, so that your team can focus on work worth doing.

See in action

Three streams. One brain.

Winsen learns what your company knows, how it runs, and what it's trying to do. All three feed one model that AI employees actually work from.

KNOWLEDGE
What your company knows.
Decisions, pricing, processes you've already figured out, people you've already met. Captured from work that already happened.

Builds itself.

Plug in your tools and get back to work. The model takes shape in the first week. No data entry, no setup wizards, no consultants in Slacks you don't own.

Sharper every week.

Most wikis are out of date by Tuesday. Winsen rebuilds itself from the work that's actually happening, so it always knows what's true now.

Yours to keep.

Export it, fork it, take it with you. The substrate is open source. You're not renting your company's memory from us.

Walle is very good. Probably the best at what he does.

And his colleagues are the best at what they do.

When the work needs someone who has actually been there, done that, you hire a specialist.

THE REST OF THE TEAM

AI employees with a real job description, a real manager, and a real first day.

Specialized assistants for each team, so the team can focus on the work that matters. They learn from your company brain, the processes your team already runs, and the decisions you've already made. They don't show up green. They show up trained.

Principles

Six things we'd never compromise on.

Here is what makes AI actually safe to run in your company!

Ownership

Your brain is yours. Portable, exportable, customer-owned. You're not renting your company's memory from us.

Approval and access

Nothing leaves without your nod. Role-based access by default: AI sees only what your org permissions say each human can see. Data encrypted at rest. (You can flip the default when a week deserves it.)

Freshness

Most wikis go out of date by Tuesday. Winsen's model rebuilds itself from the work that's actually happening, so it always knows what's true now.

Compounding

Day one Walle drafts in your voice. Day thirty it knows your team's quirks. Day ninety it preps the meeting you forgot to prep for. The longer it's in, the sharper it gets.

Enterprise from day one

SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA-ready. Permission-aware AI that sees only what your humans see. Per-tenant encryption.

Receipts

Every Walle action and every AI Employee action is logged. Replay any decision, any thread, any approval. Trust gets built on receipts, not promises.

Limited-time offer

Three months of Winsen on us.

Join the waitlist and get the full Winsen workspace plus Walle, free for three months. Build your company brain, ship with your AI teammate, hire your first AI employee. Decide later whether to stay. (You will.)

  • The full Winsen workspace. Every module unlocked.
  • Walle, always on. No message limits.
  • Early-access invite to the AI Employee roster when it opens.
  • A direct line to the team building it.

AI Employees are sold separately and aren't part of the free trial. You'll get first dibs when the roster opens.

You will hear back from hello@getwinsen.ai right after you sign up. Reach us anytime at hello@winsen.ai.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Winsen lands in three categories at once: smart assistants, memory layers, and AI employees. Here are the questions that come up most. The full set, grouped by what you're comparing us to, lives on the FAQ page.

What is Winsen Bridge?

Bridge is a workspace and a company brain in one. The workspace gives your team mail, calendar, tasks, drive, CRM, and pages in one place, and a colleague to manage it all. The brain is an evolving model of how your company actually works, built quietly from the work that already happens. Walle and your AI Employees both think with that brain.

How is this different from Notion or Slack?

Notion and Slack are places to type things. They store what you put in. Bridge listens to the work that is already happening across your tools, builds a model from it, and lets AI act on that model. You do not enter data into Bridge. You just keep working, and the brain takes shape on its own.

How is Bridge different from Glean?

Glean is a search layer that sits over your existing tools. It finds answers; it does not act, and it does not own the substrate.

Bridge is a workspace that owns the substrate. Your brain is customer-owned, portable, and exportable. The substrate is open source. AI Employees do work, not just retrieval.

How is Walle different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?

ChatGPT does not know your company. Copilot reads your inbox and calendar and answers questions about them.

Walle thinks with a brain that has been quietly built from every email, every meeting, and every decision you have made. It drafts in your voice from day one, gets sharper every day, and acts when you approve. Walle is a teammate, not a chatbot.

What can AI Employees actually do?

Each AI Employee is a specialist hired by role. AI SDR finds new leads, scores warmth, runs sequences, handles objections, moves opportunities through stages, and logs every touch. AI Researcher ships briefs with citations. AI Ops watches your systems and runs the playbook. AI CS tracks health and catches churn. AI Recruiter sources, screens, and schedules.

They report into your org chart, have a manager, and have finite capacity. When one is full, you hire another.

Is my data safe? Who owns the brain?

You own the brain. It is customer-owned, portable, and exportable. You can take it with you when you leave. Secrets are encrypted at rest, sessions live in httpOnly cookies, two-factor auth is available on every account, and access is tiered (Manager, Collaborator, Observer).

The Bridge substrate is open source so you can audit what runs. Cohort patterns across companies are only used with your explicit opt-in, and only the patterns travel, never the records.

Will Walle actually do things, or just talk?

Walle drafts, schedules, recalls, and sends. Routine work happens in the background and queues for a quick glance. The fourteen dangerous calls (send email, move opportunity, delete record, create event, and the like) wait for your explicit approval. Approval-first by default, autonomous when it does not matter.

What is included in the three months on us?

Full Bridge workspace with every module unlocked, Walle always on with no message limits, and the first seat on the AI Employee marketplace when it opens. The promotion is exclusively for people who join the waitlist on this site and are subsequently granted early access. Full terms are on the Terms page.

How is an AI Employee different from a Zapier automation?

A Zap does exactly what you wired it to do, in the exact order, forever. A Winsen employee has a job, not a flowchart. It reads the company brain, works out what the situation needs, and handles it the way a person in that seat would. You hire the role, you do not draw the diagram.

Can I use Winsen inside Claude Code or other agents?

Yes. Winsen Bridge is an MCP service that exposes your whole workspace and the company brain to any agent or app that speaks MCP, including Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and Cursor. Your other agents get the same grounded access to mail, calendar, tasks, CRM, drive, and the brain, and it stays approval-first.

When can I start using it?

Waitlist invites roll out through 2026. Sign up to claim the next available slot. We will email you from hello@getwinsen.ai when your seat is ready.

Still have questions? Email hello@winsen.ai and a real human will reply.
